how do i make skins, ive looked on that simmers...thing, but it just doesnt help me at all, i use G.I.M.P and i want to reskin the TB(cant remember the rest) the SPB one...do i need the swatch/palette...and if i do, what are the values for it?? and can i add my own colours to it??? ive tried in the past but every colour i add comes out really dark and stupid looking. any help anyone can give will help me greatly.

i use Adobe Photoshop CS4... CS2 seems to be OK also... find template of aircraft u want to edit...bf109,fw..whatever...
u can find it on Simmers...,etc,type in google exmpl..: bf109 template il2 ... open it with photoshop or other program with support and start do draw...make,enable/disable some layers ...clor it ,,,and then u start game ,and in QMB u can see ur skin exported

for CS4 when u want to save skin it must be first converted to indexed color and then go save As .BMP...thats it,,,
