i dont have 800+ objects!!! - Abel6669 - 16.07.2009
in FMB it lists a total of 848 objects under the tab "objects" most of which are repeated more than once, is there a way i can remove the ones that are duped??
- SAS~CirX - 16.07.2009
just switch off the objects repeater.

if thats a UI feature, then i cant, i have the mod activator...
- SAS~CirX - 16.07.2009
oh. Then you must just enable the activator object repeater toggle option, and disable it.
- Abel6669 - 16.07.2009
where do i find that???
- fabianfred - 16.07.2009
They're all pulling your leg....the objects follow the static.ini....check that out
- SAS~CirX - 16.07.2009
lol, I realy don't know.
where would you LIKE to find it?
- SAS~CirX - 16.07.2009

i dont have a static.ini, ive looked several times for different reasons, and its just not there, ive searched the whole directory and found nothing.
- Abel6669 - 16.07.2009
you just wait cirx....one day, i will get online, i will destroy you!. LOL. yeah, like that would ever happen
, i cant even land.
- Guest - 16.07.2009
...the reason Cirx won't be too perturbed about that promise is that he (like me) is purely an offliner!
anyways, back to the point at hand: Your static.ini you should find in the MODS\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects folder. if, by some chance, you don't have a static.ini in there,(you should!) then do a search for 'default static' and i'm sure you'll find it available around here somewhere..
edit: here:
(The link is inoperative) - remember, this is the default static, and won't have any new objects in it. if you have the UI1.1, you really should have one already...
- Abel6669 - 16.07.2009
ok thanks, il have a lok.
- Abel6669 - 16.07.2009
no luck, only one result (C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\Users), im only using 4.08, would that make a difference???

dude.....um, yes...that makes a big difference
hock:
if you're using 4.08, then you're not using the mods, and you won't have tha static.ini, which is only available if you are using mods - which use 4.09b1m....
thought you knew that..... :-?
- Abel6669 - 16.07.2009
well i am using mods, because i have some, and they work....lol. i guess il just update to 4.09b1m when i get the chance, n then go from there.
