why when i us B-17 and all oher bombers the bombs not go away?

most probably you have bombsbay doors mod. Bombers with bombs bay need to open them first before release. Bombers with bombs bays but with external bombs still need to open them before release due to game engine limitation.
You need to assign a button for Power 10% or Power20% (I don't remember exactly... one is for bombs bays the other for radiator close/decrease) then while in final bomb run you press the correspondent button and the bays will open... then you can release... after release, close them back.
