screen problem on my il 2 - ProtoPilot - 26.07.2009

ok the problem is it my screen resalution is 1650x1050 so in the game the best is 1280x900 but i have program wahs did it on graphic 1650x1050 but now my game is not on full screen and not on window mod is jost on full screen but on the sides is black how i can do it on full screnn on 1650x1050
