BF-109 german color crash - Pepe - 28.07.2009

I have a big problem with my BF-109: When I put the color of Germany, my game will crash and makes me this message:
l'instruction "0x0fba0a57" emploie l'adresse m

a little more info might be needed
only 109?
only germany?
any mission or a specific mission (if so, which one, which map is used)?
started from FMB or from single missions?

never heard of such a specific problem before.
