For files, just put link to it (copy it from adress bar w/ ctrl+c and ctrl+v) and for images, use [img] tag like


and it should look like this:


Make sure that the adress is the images adress, not the site that has the image.

make sure you upload your picture to. for example photobucket.
when you done that. go to you uploaded pic. right click on it
and click proportions.
then you get the adress of your pic. in top of the opend file.
copy the adres and paste it like this [img]pic.%20adres[/img]
