hello!
Yesterday I installed FMB and when I started IL-2 today, the game was totally retarded!!
Problems: Can't press exit, or pause.
mouse doesn't disappear when I start the flight...Also i can't look fully around the plane!
World, water and plane cockpit looks really retarded :-?
Then i checked my il-2 directory and saw that half of the config file was deleted !!!
I dont have any backup
I installed il-2 and AAA 1.2 for a few days ago and I don't wish to install it all over again so i hope anyone could help me :wink:

whats your video card setting once you have this new config file run your setup exe to reset everything...

Thanks!! that solves everything!! except the lag.. i thing some settings in the conf.ini is too great for my dell dimension 5150 :-? :-?

the contents of my conf.ini once just disappeared. I got a CTD in an online server and next time i tried to use IL2 it wouldnt work properly. ANyhoo my conf.ini only had around four lines in it!
ANyhoo I fortunately had a backup from when i installed UI 1.0 so just copied that and with a few changes i was ok again.
lesson is: create a backup of your main folder.
