Superb! In fact, perfect, unless perhaps you felt like photoshopping in the underwater parts of the aircraft (e.g. port wing-root. Translucent water this made SH4 infinitely more immersive for example). But short of that I think this is absolutely wonderful. Congratulations, and thank you!

The first picture has slightly added contrast in GIMP, that's all.

Thanks for the kind words, I'm glad you guys liked the shot.

Extra credit if you can figure out how I set this shot up, and remember only editing was contrast in first pic with GIMP. So no layers or anything like that.

hint #1: It was an accident in that I didn't first set out to do a screenshot of a wreck.

hint #2: Most aircraft will sink very rapidly in IL2 unless they are all the way up on the beach. They will sink completely out of sight even in what looks like very shallow water like this.

Was it the A6M2-N, the floatplane?
