I think it's when youre running out of memory....
if you have 32bit windows, then your 1024mb of your 9600 will count on your 3.12gb of ram. So you will have 3.12gb-1024mb=2050mb(approx) of RAM available of your 3gb

yes I know that, I have 4Gb of RAM but 32bit only read max 3Gb, but how many RAM need IL-2 1946 with Mods??
And that's the first time that happen this to me...
anyways thanks for your quick response.

no it''s not your memory but a MOD conflict, i had the same message and after a while of trying (just dissable a MOD by putting a - in front of it) MODS i found the guilty one and dissabled it. Now this is a nasty job couse after each MOD that you dissable you need to start the game and see what it does. So best is when your memory goes that far to start with the last MOD that you installed and work your way back.
you could also try and find this particulair error and the help forum maybe it says in writting what your problem is.
Good luck and i'll hope you solve it fast.
Regards Rowddy.
