TGA Converter Dead - caldrail - 08.08.2009

Help!

The TGA Converter that's downlaodable from this site (IMEconverter.exe) is refusing to run on my PC. No error message, just totally inert. Anyone know a likely cause?

You could try ViewIMF instead.
