is there a way i can permeanantly set the speed bar to show in mph/feet with out reseting at the begining of each flight?

If you are using the UI and the HUDconfig_v1 mod is active, the place the following entries at the bottom of your config.ini file.

[Mods]
SpeedbarUnits=3
SpeedbarSpdKMH=1
SpeedbarSpdMPH=1
SpeedbarSpdKnots=1
SpeedbarAltMeters=1
SpeedbarAltFeet=1
SpeedbarTAS=1

Is there also a way to set the heading in the actual degrees symbol?
ex. On my setup it will say:

0 mph
300 ft
160 deg
