TrackIR 4 - DUSTY DOCKER - 18.08.2009

Hi, Can anybody help me how to setup my TrackIR 4 for zooming in and out view? I installed Zoom Tracker, but it didnt help. THx

I have TrackIR4, but what is "zooming in and out view"? 6DOF?

- VF101hawk - 18.08.2009

yes its with 6dof.
in your console for tr you have to enable the vektor for zooming Z axis.
you do this under profiles.
i use combat then press edit go to motion then mark the Z axis then mark Z then edit the Z curves to match your feeling and headmovement.

voila you are good to go.

OK, I already have Z axis checked. Moving head forwards and backwards in cockpit. Never heard it called "zooming".

if you have it agresevly set you will understand when moving head forward why its called zooming!Smile

Hello,

"Zooming" doesn't seem to work with all planes. I have TrackIR 4. Is this normal?

Also I tried TrackIR4 with Lock-On Flaming Cliffs and it workds so well: ! Just a hint to make it wor: delete the track Ir profile in your Falming Cliffs installation. Check naturalpoints.com for this hint.
Also absolutely install DZZ Sound Pack 8 for Lock-On : it's a must sound experience....Use ModMan.

Hey mavyalex, Zooming in does work on all planes. Though if you are in gunsight view (shift F1) it disables the zoom function.
