Autogiros the Cierva C30A - 617 Bomber - 05.09.2009
The Cierva C30A tecnically works on the same principle as a plane and may only travel like a plane but i doubt it can be implemented in il-2
This particular aircraft(or whatever you want to call it) would fill a gap in european aircraft as a spotter aircraft used by the french and belgian air forces (allso used by the RAF but relegated to costal radar calibration.

It doesn't seem too impossible, perhaps have the rotor assembly act as a stationary wing, but have an object which spins based on air speed, such as the airspeed indicator on the TB3 or Ju-52 be the actual blade. the rest would be just like a normal plane.
I don't know all the ins and outs though.
