every time i pick a new career it's in flipping russian it's been like this since SUNDAY!!. all the english fix file are rar or IN SPANISH. PLEASE HELP ME!

Try downloading WinAce or WinRar to open those .rar files. Putting their names in any search engine will give tons of answers, these proggies are everywhere... They both have trial or shareware versions so that won't cost you a buck.

ok i have another question which one of the file do i dolwnload.
i need the one that makes the countrys name back into english. the ranks are in english all but the countries.
