Ultimate Camo - Davis0079 - 11.09.2009
I'm summitting this skin and a couple others to the moderators for approval. But while I wait I figure I'll let you see one of my ideas. This was made with Serval's template and a screenshot of the IL-2 ground texture. When flying online it makes the plane blend in with the ground. I dont know if its a unfare advantage or not, but I like it. I've also tried RealTree camo patterns and digital prints, but IL-2 tex are without question the best for camo paint.
Here is my RealTree paintscheme. It would be a great idea, but IL-2 doesnt have this realalistic of a ground texture. It still looks cool but doesnt work as good as screenshot texture camo paint.

LOL great idea. Have you seen 'be kind, rewind' ? Kind of reminds me of the camo jumpsuit at the beginning...
That could be used to create very nice polished aluminium impressions in screenshots !
Cheers

"LOOK, SIR!! A section of leafy forest floor, shaped suspiciously like a Me109 is flying right below us!"
"Hmm.. Forest floor, you say? Best leave it be."
Actually, a Spitifre in Temperate DPM would look cool! Or a tropical one in desert dpm
