where must i put new paint schemes i download here for for example the B-17G, i cant find any map were the gotta be in

... plane skins have nothing to do with maps , they simply go in your paintschemes folder, then in your skins folder and then in your B17G folder

"IL2 Root folder"/paintschemes/skins/"aircraft folder"

Make sure the the skin is a windows BMP with 256 colours or the program won't register it.
