Thanks in advance.

Actually AI skill level seems to be controlled by how many mission you complete and how many of your pilots survive. For instance, If you start a campaign with average pilots and you are able to keep the majority of them alive over the course of, let's say, 10 missions, then your squadron's AI level will go up to veteran. If, however you lose half or more of your unit in the same amount of missions, their skill level will go down. At least this is what I have noticed while flying campaigns. I had a German unit one time where I was able to get nearly every pilot in the unit to become an Ace while surving some 20 or more mission EACH and the unit could fight pretty much without me getting in the way. I would usually stay out of the fight and just direct planes to attack certain targets and they went hog wild gettin it done. The biggest thing I've noticed to getting those skill levels up, though, is to get the MISSION COMPLETE notice on screen to show your objectives have been completed. This probably accounts for 2/3 of your AI skill increase or decrease respectively.

Thanks for your explain US_GRANT.
I've thought about Camp AI that the its set was related with a line to add in config.ini (hard or very hard).
Greetings mate

You can add this line to the DGen section of conf.ini CampaignDifficulty=Easy
With out this line added the default is medium. If you set it to "easy" then your squad AI increases by one level
and the enemy decreases by one level. If you set it to "hard" then the opposite occurs.
This should be the setting you are after HGuderian, and it is set as below.
[DGen]
CampaignDifficulty=Easy
