New AAA UI 1.2 vs official 4.09 and others... - mangabug - 20.09.2009

Hi,

I was trying to update a few mods today and I found this:

I says it will be included in the upcoming AAA Unified Installer 1.2 so I guess I'll wait for the professionals to mix them mods together instead messing my install myself... Any idea how long till the 1.2 to arrive? I was thinking that maybe we should wait for the official 4.09 and then work from there as this has a BIG chance to really be the LAST Il-2 official patch. This would be a good "base" to build everything the community creates afterwards... AAA 1.2 could be tweaked to the 4.09 requirements and perhaps to use it's "extended" possibilities...

4.09 will not be the last official patch... I intend to back up all my important stuff and just do a fresh install..

Many are working on the 4.09 issue. As far as the 109's mentioned, yes they are going to be released in 1.2 and those same models will be sent to Anto and Karaya so they can update their packs for a single installation.

We have worked out the canopies issues but they still need just a bit more tweaking.
