What is your Track IR-5 Profile - Venatore - 23.09.2009

Hello,

I brought Track IR-5 approximately 2 months ago for IL2 46. I tried using it in the game several times and hated it, mind you I've never used any of the Track IR variants. It has since sat in my draw in the shadows collecting dust.....yes I know some of you would be shocked that someone with Track IR-5 would have it shoved away.

I think my problem is I haven't got a bloody clue when it comes to correctly setting up a correct profile, similar to the way you would set-up your pitch roll and yaw of your joystick.

Can the Track IR-5 community please post their profiles and also where to copy and paste the entries so I can sample your profiles to see which best suits my big boof head.

Kind Regards

Venatore

Hey Venatore!

Have you tried with the default "smooth" profile?

It works great for me!

Here a profile that you can try it what i yous for my trackir 4 but i use the new software that the trackir5 used so it should work.

i also run a trakker 4 with 5 software, and it's great, but try speed 0.9, smooth 82 and limit the yaw axis, so it stops at 180 degrees each way, a dead zone is a good idea to at staright ahead position.
and it's paramount u have steady green lights, so filter as neccessary.

Here is a profile for TrackIR 5 I made. Many in my squat use it for IL2 1946. You use it at it is or easy make the change as you like so it fits your needs.
