can't extract maps.sfs - BillSwagger - 26.09.2009
I have the SFS extractor provided on this site, and i'm able to extract all the other maps files, but i can't seem to extract the maps.SFS file. Not to be confused with FB_maps.sfs which i can also extract.
It tells me the program can not mount the file.

map.sfs?? I don't have that one, out of my 53 sfs files, all with the exception of files.sfs start with fb_
I've never seen any "mount" messages either :?
Not much help am I
You don't have any "virtual drive" software that may be interfering??

I'm using an external hard drive but i'm able to extract all the other files i need in the SFS format. For some reason i can't access this file in either my modded version or vanilla copy of the game.
I'm actually trying to access the Italy Online map(s) which i didn't see in any of the other extracted map files.
I've read other posts that point to the Map.sfs file as being the one that holds all the info for every map.
So i'm a bit stuck here.

Italy online (the dogfight map) is in fb_maps14.SFS. I can't find a maps.sfs in either my vanilla or modded version, I've got fb_maps.sfs in both... :???:

thats odd, cause my fb_maps14.sfs only has the actors static.ini for Guadalcanal and an all.ini file along with a long list of java files.

could someone be kind enough to upload and post a link so i can download the Italy Online map files??
I've gone round and round on this, and i can't locate the files in any of the SFS map files, nor can i extract the Maps.SFS file in my game mods.
