il2 1946 computer slow,s down - =XIII=Shea - 07.10.2009

hi all i have a problem with il2 1946 when playing online maps 4.08 or 4.09 maps when i come up to a big town on the map my fps drops badly,i thought it was my old computer that was the problem but got a new computer a few days ago and i still have the same problem My system spec,s are an intel i7 920,3 gig of ram,250 hd,and an gtx 280 grapics card,can some one help me please

Unfortunately, I too have this problem. It comes from the maps being "modded" or redone with MANY additional buildings and objects. This causes a big FPS drop because of all the extra rendering that needs to be done. The only fix right now is not to fly too close to towns or look at them through "zoom" view.
