Autumn colours to canons English channel map - sentinel - 16.10.2009

Dear All,
Could someone please tell me what to put where in the mods folder.........does anything go into the mapmods folder in the Mods folder or is everything only put into the mods folder?
only the game does not find the autumn map for some reason.
