2 things.

1. Could you be more specific about what you are doing that needs the filelist.txt updated?

2. Did you try a search for the filelist.txt using your find tool on your computer (Not trying to be presumptous.)? I find that helps quite a bit.

I didn't think you need the filelist.txt any more!

Like to add to what US Grant put; What are you using to activate this mods with? ei "UNIFIED INSTALLER 1.2" ect...

well, like this one..

viewtopic.php?t=4280&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=

i download it and the readme says, something about copy manually
following text into the "filelist.txt".

but, if i don't need to. will it work?

Its a texture repaint so all you need todo is go to your "MODS" folder, make a new folder and call it what you like ie "Control tower repaint". Then open up the "Object_399_v0_1.rar" with what ever zip program your using and double click on the "files" folder and you will see another folder called "3DO". Now extract this folder to the "Control tower repaint" folder you just made in your "MODS" folder.

Thats it done, now when you look at object 399 in FMB it will have the new textures.

Also if you have UI 1.1 or higher have a look though the object list in FMB as the mod pack adds new building and other stuff, which some of them are new control towers.

PS filelist.txt is the way the wrapper reads what's bin add to the game pre UI 1.0, but now the wrapper scans what in the mods file alphabetically and adds it to the game automatically.
