Hi all,

So i have upgraded to windows 7 for the better performance, i decided a fresh install of il2 would be best, so i do this and patch it to 4.08. Now when i try to start the game nothing happens. The curser changes to a cd and then nothing happens, it just wont load.

I have changed the permissions and running the exe in xp mode but nothing works.

My os is windows7 64bit

So hopefully this great community will be able to help!

Try running il2setup, and chose something on the video tab as close to your hardware as possible.

Thanks for the reply, but tried that still the same,

Here is my total specs

2x Geforce 8800 GTX (not in sli mode)
6 GB Ram
intel core Quad cpu q6700 @2.66ghz 2.67ghz
windows 7 home premium 64bit
