New Install Crash after Start - TigerTen - 29.10.2009

Hi All,

Have working copy of IL2+Mods in my computer, Works great.

Tried to put new install IL2 + 4.08 and start open to first screen then about 15 sec. later CTD. :???:

Could use some help please. :!:
