Hey guys,

I had an idea for a mod today and i was wondering if it even possible.

Could you make a mod so that when you are lined up on a carrier elevator and engage chocks it lowers down and your plane disappears or is frozen for a short time while it is re-armed, re-fueled, and repaired. I think this would be useful for co-op missions that have carriers, and would be a nice realism adddition to the game.

Just curious if it is even possible and what other people think of this

I doubt it's moddable and if it is it'll be hard.

A big +1 for this idea!! In addition to this, adding the hanger deck of the carrier would also be a feature for rearming and refueling and repairs so mulitible aircraft can rearmed,ect while other planes are in the air at the same time.

I think that new ship models would only be necessary if you want to use the hangers and/or working elevators.

I am hoping someone seriously brings this to life because i have always talked about how this would bring a whole new level of realism to this game. +10 this is a phenomenal idea in my book! and the talent available by the wonderful modders for this community and game is amazing! thank you all for the work each and every one of you do!

u would probably have to make a new ship model, just because of the interior of the ship where the hangars are, it would take skill to make the collision boxes so u didnt explode trying to go inside the ship
