Auto Gen Trees - MrOblongo - 02.11.2009

It is possible to make a texture dont have any auto generated tree? Im working on a glacier and is not nice that u see trees poping up from it Big Grin . Any idea?

Maybe an empty BumpH ? or something?

I think there is a number to put after the texture name on load.ini....but i'm not shure.

I'm interrested to by that problem if i find the link i tell you.

See Trees section on page 12 of the "Textures for beginners" part of "Map_building_for_beginners_V2" by kevinp. Very good explaination on how auto-trees work.

include the word field in the file name.
Like Oblongo_glacier_field.tga.

Then The game thinks it would be a field texture with a seperated autogen trees file (the tree.tga), ehich isn
