One or two things to check. First did you place the mission folders in the Mods/QMB/Missions/Quick folder? If not then that is where your problem most like is. If so then the missions most likely were not designed or are missing the needed flight paths for both Red and Blue sides. You can edit those missions, or look at them in the FMB.
To get an idea of just what is needed take a look at one or two of the missions in the QMB folder. QMB maps need four paths for both Red and Blue sides. Then the files have to be correctly named to show up in the flight type ie KoreanBlueAirbase00.mis. KoreanRedNone00.mis ect. Be sure the actual maps go into the Mapmod/Maps folder.

It need not to be true:
the name must be the same as the first part of the
mission name, e.g.
MissionnameRedNone00.mis,
so in config.ini it should be :
CustomXX=
Missionname
