Corrupt file: Simple explain il21946 to 4.09+mods PLEASE! - baronbutcher - 15.11.2009

Hello, I am a bit slow and confused sorry folks bare with me! :oops:
I down loaded all parts as suggested for the ULTRAPACK but the RAR file UP_18_full.part01 is corrupted as when I go to open I get file message corrupted and this :

CRC failed in UP_18_full\fb_hfx3do05.sfs
Unexpected end of archive :x

I tried a few different places still get the same from this file. What to do now? :???: I can't continue and who knows perhaps the other RAR files are corrupt. :!:
QUESTION: WHAT IS THE STEPS FOR A SIMPLE WAY TO GET MODS working to 4.09. :?: (All orginal il2 1946 patched to 4.08 then to 4.09. NOW I would like to try Mods only if it doesn't muck up my previous install.) :oops:

I want to use 4.09m with mods aswell but I dont want to have to go and download any of that ultra pack, UI stuff etc.

So how can i do it?

If I need Aircraft Installer 3.9? to do so then yay I can!
