All the Skin's Folders ... - FI_Falcon - 21.11.2009
Good folk,
I think I'm doing a pretty good job keeping up with all the mods and versions and copies of IL-2 and ... well the list goes on, but I do not have a list of all the aircraft skin folders for all the new planes like the Boston, the Arado, the Beaufighter and all the myriad new Emils et al. Is there a complete and correct list of folders available?
Thank you,
Falcon

All you need do is open your air.ini file (normally in the MODS/STD/com/Maddox/ etc etc folder) and then take the first part of a line with an aircraft you need a skin folder for and copy that as a folder name into your skins folder:
example:
RF-80A air.RF_80A 1 NOINFO usa01 SUMMER
Skin folder becomes
RF-80A

Many skins from everywhere (repeated in some folders of same family of planes) , but the point is that the pack is structured: it contains one of the most comprehensive skin-folder structure I have ever seen (though, some folders are missing, but just collapse it with your own, and that will fill some gaps), with kind of every plane of every pack or modding site. Then you have eliminate what you don

Gents,
Thanks for the assistance. I found that list, not exactly where you said in the version I use, but it certainly helped. Thanks also for the link to the skin pack. I'll get to that soon.
