I have installed UI1.2, just put the folder(_game switcher) & batch files into your root of il2.
I thought everybody was using a switcher......and was amazed that some people didnt use a switcher,
At the moment there are all kind of versions of il2 4.09 & 4.08
I am now using this game switcher in UI1.2, it's very easy....even fredgreen can do it .

You can make shortcuts of the batch files, so you can use the different shortcuts on your desktop as switcher.
Sometimes you have to switch off the Zuti mod when a server doesnt recognize the version.
You can switch between 4.08(org), 4.08m(6dof on or off), 4.09b1m(6dof on or off), 4.09m (not Daidalos but sas version)
And 4.09m-Daidalos is also possible but I never use it, so it's not included in this switcher.


But make first some backups from your
Il2fb.exe
files.sfs
wrapper.dll

It works for me.

Bad idea IMO.


What we should be doing is trying our best to kill off 4.08m & 4.09b1m. Who needs a switcher for these dead versions? Let them die.
