Okay, I figure I'm most likely to get a quick reply here. When I use this link http://161.53.204.25/TEST/HSFX4.torrent to download the torrent file for HSFX4, I get no download. I use Vuze. I use it for everything. But I can't even download the torrent file with this link.

Try this. Click this link- A small window should open that says OPEN or SAVE.
Save the small file that down loads and then open it with what ever you use for TORRENT.

:? I'm new to the torrent download as well so excuse my ignorance. When it asks for the URL I add http://161.53.204.25/TEST/HSFX4.torrent and I get this error saying access forbidden and so on!??? I use utorrent is this the URL I add? Thanks for any help

Sorry snake just ment that I was new to the torrent and was having some issues as well :oops:
