[REQUEST] Swiss K+W C-36 - CHSubZero - 04.12.2009

Could someone make a mod with this plane?
The "K+W C-36" or "EKW C36" was a plane similiar to the IL-2 but with a twin fin layout.

Kind of look like the love child of a Bf-110, Il-2 and Spitfire, doesn't it?

I think a 110 committed a sin with an ME-109 lol

Haha good one, that must explain why this aircraft look like a hybrid of Bf 109 and BF 110...

However, I have never seen this aircraft before and this is very interesting aircraft!

Chaoic out...

I'm still looking for a three view diagramm so that a plane modeller can "draw" this aircraft.
Meanwhile I found a interesting description of this airplane on Crazy planes.
The linked site discribes the engineering from the prototype C-3600 to the WW2 airplane C-3603 (pics in this thread above) and finally to the last version C-3605 (used until 1987):

Here is an extract of the important facts:
Quote:The design of this Swiss aircraft goes back to 1939 when the prototype two seater EKW C-3601 first flew. Fitted with twin fins, the aircraft was powered by a 1000 hp Hispano-Suiza HS-51 12Y piston engine, and was designed for multi purpose roles - including that of fighter, ground attack and light bomber.
...
The all metal design was put into production by the Federal Eidg. KonstruktionsWerkstatte (EKW) aircraft factory at Thun as the C-3603, and was one of the first home designs put into large scale production for the Swiss Air Force. The aircraft was fitted with two machine guns in the wings, plus a rearward facing one operated by hand by the second crew member/observer. Over 150 were delivered to the Swiss Air Force from 1942, being used to patrol Switzerland's neutral air space (along with Swiss Messerschmitt Bf-109's), with six squadrons being equipped during World War Two, the C-3603's served until 1952 when they were replaced by DH Vampire jet fighters.
...

Here is only a two view diagramm from the C-3603:

I also found on airliners.net a picture of the cockpit of a C-3603:

Maybe I find a better Three view diagramm instead this on from http://aircombat.modelarji.com/viewtopic.php?t=387:
