3ds max pan issue - flexibel_Kampfe - 05.12.2009

I can pan left and right, but I can no longer pan up and down. its kinda annoying..

Before you ask, my mouse can move up and down, so its not an issue with the mouse. Any suggestions.

It probale is in your control settings. Look there. What you can do is reset everything to default that should do it.
