All historical Fw 190 cockpits - Claymore - 08.12.2009

Hi all !

You remember FlushMeister and his fabulous (The link is inoperative)work ?

As said in the tittle I'm trying to give to all Fw 190 and Ta 152 cockpits the more historicity as possible from his work as he authorize me to continue his job for the missed Fw 190 F8 and Mistel for the C6 pack.

Some parts of tga are from the very great French skinner pierre Alfaro.

And without forgotten I/JG27_Waggel who share me his work to help me very much with his glass effects on the meters when I ask him where the Fw 190 A3 cockpit was... unfortunatly all his work where lost in a HD crash so I have to "resume the torch" (I don't think if it's the right word :-? )

So, I began this long job with the Fw 190 A4 by replace the "stock" Revi 16 by a Revi 12:

The details are awesome! Very well done!

- Zorin - 08.12.2009

Good progress there Claymore. I am being ill for quite a while with high fever, so I wasn't in the state to gather what I have stored for the A3, especially the main cockpit gages, but as soon as I get better I will prepare it all for you.

you should not use modern fonts like Arial (1982) and Helvetica (1957), which were nonexistent in ww2

here are some I've would have used: http://rapidshare.com/files/318335602/g ... s.zip.html, includes DIN types designed in 1926

awesome! - Gann - 09.12.2009

Awesome worke!
But do you have plains to rework Bf-109s cokpits in this style? Most of them were made in the dawn of modding, and they surely need
to be reworked in this manner as 190s... Do you agree?

- Claymore - 09.12.2009

Thank's so much to all of you

@Zorin, no worry mate take your time, I hope you feel better soon and thank's by advance

@FZ lol Wink

@Vpmedia thank you for the polices I already had some of them installed but not din1451a and din6776...

A lot of inscriptions where painted by hand in German cockpits parts and it is very difficult to find the right police to reproduce them most perfectly, I will try these two Wink

@Gann, sorry no, I have not planned to rework the 109's cockpits because in parallel of these Fw's I have to work with 332Sqn_Per for the D.520 and that is another huge work...

- KG64_Cnopicilin - 09.12.2009

Wow! Great work!

Would be nice to have the ammo counter for the MG/FF working as well.
