4.09m help. - snaphance - 09.12.2009

I have downloaded many mods from the AAA server. I don't use the UI because I have very little time to deal with a 4 hour download. Anyway, I was wondering if there is a patch that would make the 4.09m patch work with the mods I have, including the 4.09b1m. Thanks.
