WIP: A shallows texture for ijeremiah's IJ_Sakishima map. - Bombsaway - 11.12.2009

Here is a new shallows texture for texture for ijeremiah's IJ_Sakishima map. I have been wanting to find a texture that would look ok with so much shallow area like on this map but kept getting the "tile" effect. With this one you can still see it if you look hard but I think the texture is "busy" enough that you dont notice the effect too much when flying over it.







Credit goes to ijeremiah for this fine map and to Ramone for reminding me how much I like this map and how much I wanted to texture the shallows on it.

This texture also goes well in RealDarko's HB_Atolls maps.

More outstanding textures from the Master of the shallows, is there any part of the Ocean you haven't dabbled with.

I don't usually venture into the pacific but seeing these pictures makes me want to fly into that part of the sim for a change.
