I have the Spit-MK-XIVc .
I have the HSFX-V4.1 mod pack.

HSFX 4.1 in default configuration work good
I attribute this trouble with new bottons for Spit XVI
Install Spit XVI pack + new bottons for it and start mission with Hs123

Please note Spitfire XVI (16) and Spitfire XIV (14) are different aircraft.
