I'm looking for :

French F4U1D and F84G.
Israely P51D, B17G and C47.
Egyptian Spit XIV, Mig15 and Mig17.

Try at FlightSimfiles, they have a selection of Egyptian and Israeli skins, but mainly for the 1948 war (P51s, Avias, Spits, C47s, MC205s), Also have a look at Mission4Today, seek especially Harpia Mafra's skins
Vpmedia has also an Israeli B17 skin
