When I download some plane and definitely cockpits it has a Paint icon and says 'Windows Cannot Open This File' PLZ HELP!

Maybe you need winRAR, it opens files

You can get it by just googleing it then downloading it.

Maybe he has associated all of the image formats to pant so he can't open .TGAs
