In Canada we support our overseas troops by wearing red on Fridays.

I always admired beautiful aesthetic Canadian blue roundels with red maple leaf on white background.
And I cannot understand why Canadian flag has only red and white colours , the blue one omitted.
Perhaps you or anybody else can say something about this off topic.
