Facts or fiction on 109's - Bolt - 13.01.2010

Can anyone point me to some manuals or flight tests of the 109 series in regards to use of WEP and using combat flaps over 200 mph or more ? there are some friendly
arguments going on between me and some of the Aces High folks about which sim has the 109 modeled ..more accurately ...
