Campaign return to start problem - KG64_Ðørvånski - 15.01.2010

Whenever I try to generate a campaign (eg I click USN and fighter pilot) I click start and it returns to the main menu. I have forgotten Countries installed, but that shouldn't affect it as I have flown campaigns before. The only campaign that works is for Poland/ Please help~ Thanks
