BOMB BAY DOORS - Belle17f - 16.01.2010
How do I get bomb bay doors to remain closed until over the target? If B-17s start at one end of the map and the target is at the other, the entire trip is flown with doors open! Many thanks for all input

i think by default you press '0' to toggle them open or closed, just press which ever switch you used to open them shut again.

A friend of mine has the same problem. Bomb bay doors open; closes doors; Doors open again on their own. That is the problem. It is the opposite that it was before where you open the doors to drop your bombs but they close again before the release. I think it was a conflict with one of the effects mods, but can't remember.

which version and or mod pack are you using? I use UI 1.2 and have no issues with the mod.

you have to put a 2nt waipoint on the map.
ps: i can't get the mods working, please help.
when i download the stuf and klik on il2 to run it won't work.

AI planes open the bay doors in the last waypoint before the targets waypoint.
So, you put another waypoint just in the distance from target you want they open the bay doors.

Not nearly enough info. Make a post in the forum topic for whatever "stuf" you downloaded, or post in "IL2 Technical Help".
Include exact name(s) of what you downloaded, and what game patches you installed, and what exactly happens when you click on il2.
