Make sure you have both engines selected when you throttle up.
Before rolling, give the plane 9-12 clicks of right rudder trim and 2-3 notches of flaps.
When you do throttle up, do so slowly. 30%, 40%, up to 70% until you reach a speed of about 70mph, then go full power.
As you roll down the strip, apply gradual rudder to compensate and stay straight.
At 120mph begin to rotate.
Take gear up fast, but leave the flaps until you reach about 140mph.
You can take it from there.

Well, seeing as you have a different stick setup than I do, this should help you.
Two notches of flaps would be Take Off Flaps for you.
If you hit, I believe, CTRL Right Arrow (default for Rudder Trim), each press is 1 click.
Hope this helps.

It sounds like you have all the power going to only one side
of the plane. Right or Left.
Just to keep it simple - In your CONTROLS you can pick
right or left side to start engines. After that you need to assign a key
for ALL engines. Then when you move the throttle equal power
is given to all engine at the same time.

Also, make sure you have keys setup for Rudder trim left and right.
