blank splash screen after arming the plane in DGen - csvousden - 18.01.2010

I have a manually modded game which is definitely overloaded with cool stuff, but this is a strange problem and I have no idea when it started.

In offline campaigns, if I go to the panel to arm the plane and choose skins, etc. it goes back to a blank splash screen. If I restart my game, the arming and skin choices I have made are installed, but that is not a great way to do things.

Any idea what mod I am conflict with? I have just about everything I could figure out how to download and install in my game.
