A question about Unified Installer 1.1 and aircraft MODS - drewtwem - 23.01.2010

I have Unified Installer 1.1 installed on my Il21946 giving access to fly all sorts of aircraft.

I am wanting to download and install the Spitfire Mk14 and 16 as well as the Hawker sea Fury. Am I able to run these extra aircraft?
