Radio Chatter doc. in IL-2? - mnlk999 - 31.01.2010

Can someome help me with this doc. file.
My question is how do I get it to work?
And has anyone else try to put this in?

Just extract the file and then you read the documents inside with wordviewer,
it is just all the actors scripts and another document on creating sound files
