Problem arises using the 1G exe for mapbuilding. - Redwulf__32 - 01.02.2010
The 1G exe is a boon to all mapmakers, finally maps with large actors.static files can be handled.
Happily fired up the map building FMB to start getting some work done on my Denmark 1:1 map only to have IL2 shut down while loading the map. :? This does not happen with other large maps with enormous .static files such as the Finland gulf map. Also happens even if I use a small actors.static file so obviously something is wrong with the Denmark 1:1 WIP 6.
The crash/shutdown does however generate an error log which might help.
Any ideas? All help most welcome. See error dump below.

see if disabling the FMB+ and Single Mission plus and QMB plus helps.... and maybe MDS too..

Only joking. Glad that you made it. One big issue is that if you mess with actors.static file and it get's corrupted, it is gone for good. So make backup's.
