If memory serves, the last guy that made a RedBull skin was given a cease and desist order from the parent company for using trademarked logos.
You guys may want to pull this until it can be verified.

Just a word of caution.

I remember that as well. I believe it was Rock who was given the case and desist order if my memory serves me correctly. It's still a very cool skin. 8)

That seems kind of silly considering this is free to download, no royalties are being made and it is carrying their advertising.

Legal implications aside, the quality of your work is constantly increasing! Congratulations for another great job!

Besides, i'm pretty sure at least one Red Bull skin (for Macchi) is still up and downloadable at Mission4today. That suggests it is fine...

yeah but they probably dont want to see a mustang with their logo getting shot up by a 109 or crashing into the side of a mountain or having the pilot hanging out bloodied thanks to Wolfighter's gore mods. :lol:

Depends on the plane. Most of the pics I found show that the undersides are gray.

Maybe, if a real Red Bull pilot perishes in flames after crashing his plane on the ground, he gets a cease and desist order, too :-?

It's not really about what they can do to you persay, it's what they can do to this website in the form of lawsuites, no matter how trivial, that would cause the site to have to shut down.
AAA is barely making it now on what little donations they receive. Think of what would happen if they are given a lawsuite that they have to defend.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE your skin. It looks fantasic, but the Red Bull Logo and Bull are trademarks and as such are subject to permission clauses in order to use them the way we would like to.
I also don't want to see them going after you for something as silly as making a fantastic looking skin.

I have to applaude you on this great paintjob. Looks great from the top-view, but the bottom
side could need some shiney-metal styling, as most Mustangs were very polished.
Still, it looks pretty good. I like it very much. Congrats!
